Emergency Availability: Urgent AC and appliance breakdowns don’t wait for business hours — and neither do we. Emergency support is available outside standard hours for critical issues such as complete AC failure or safety-related appliance faults.

Weekend Support: Full service is available on weekends, with the same response times as weekdays.

Holiday Availability: During public holidays, response times may be slightly longer. WhatsApp messages sent during holidays are still monitored, and urgent requests are prioritized.

Response Expectations Outside Normal Hours: Messages and calls received outside working hours will be addressed first thing the next operating period, unless flagged as an emergency — in which case our on-call team will respond as quickly as possible.
